Style: Can be braided, styled in high ponytails, low ponytails, side ponytail, combed straight back or parted in the middle, left or right side (or anywhere in between). This extremely thin lace allows for an undetectable demarcation line and a realistic hairline with or without baby hair placement.
RETURNS POLICY
Customer will have 3 calendar days after receiving their item (strictly based on the arrival date from the tracking number - No Exceptions) to fully inspect their unit and report an issue if detected.
Due to the unique nature of this business and related matters of hygiene and public safety, we do not offer any refunds/returns on any of our products unless:
-Your order is Cancelled by Lustress Hair Co.
-One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
Depending on your banking institution the refund may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
If you used a gift card to purchase your item (s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card.
Damages and issues
All items are inspected prior to leaving our facility, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 calendar days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and attempt to make it right.
ALL Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, lace uncut, bundles in tact with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to submit the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, sale items or gift cards. All Custom orders, Sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE!
Exchanges
Customer will have 3 calendar days after receiving their item (strictly based on the arrival date from the tracking number - No Exceptions) to fully inspect their unit and request an exchange.
Exchanges will ONLY be granted if the item received was defective, inaccurate or the incorrect item was received.

To initiate the exchange request process, please contact us at lustresshairco@gmail.com. Once your exchange request is confirmed, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer is responsible for all incurred charges for return shipping unless otherwise discussed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s) and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically provided with store credit (please ensure the email on file is accurate).
